From the Collection:

The collection contains approximately 200 black and white photographs, various sizes, depicting the Taylor family's travels in California, Idaho, Michigan, Wisconsin and other places. The Taylors, headed by George W. Taylor, were traveling evangelists during the early part of the twentieth century in the West and Midwest. One sequence of photographs shows how the tabernacle (tent) was set up in one day.

While many of the photographs depict revivals, a substantial number show the family and their friends enjoying outdoor activities (rabbit hunting, skating, tennis, etc.
