Material related to the 1963 integration of The University of Alabama by Vivian Malone and James Hood. Collection includes pamphlets, newsletters, etc. Included are materials on integration from various sources including The Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) and segregationist groups like the Tuscaloosa Council on Human Relations. Also included are issues of "The Rebel Underground" - a segregationist pamphlet.
