Series Description

From the Series: Audio recordings on cassette tapes make up the bulk of this series, although there are also reel-to-reel recordings and slides. Most of the recordings are of oral history interviews with a variety of persons regarding race issues in Tuscaloosa and at The University of Alabama. Some of these interviews may have been conducted by Clark's students. Other recordings relate to the McMillian family of Blue Creek, Alabama, and religion in Tuscaloosa. There are 21 unidentified recordings.

There may be restrictions on some recordings. Users should contact the reference department at the W.S. Hoole Special Collections Library for more information.
