Letter, 1903 January 2
Scope and Contents
This collection contains ten letters written to Wilda Dearth from friends and family. D.F. Morris, a former beau, makes simple conversation in an attempt to rekindle their friendship. C.W. Morris, no known relation of D.F. Morris, was a beau at the time the letters were written. Although C.W. alludes to marriage and their future life together, the collection also contains wedding invitations and announcements for the marriage of Wilda Dearth to Dayton Packard. Wilda also receives a letter from her sister who writes about the death of a friend. The gentleman was found in a neighbor's barn and left behind several children.
