This collection contains accounts of a cotton plantation, 1811-1820; records of a farm's cotton crop, 1851-55, including the number of hands employed and the amount picked, 1851-1855; a copy of the book "How to Keep Cocks," by Frederick P. Nelson (Charles City, Maryland, 1829); and recipes.
