Arranged by bill or event; A special series relating primarily to health, including drafts and working materials for speeches and bills before Congress. This series did not come with the general collection, but was retrieved from the Senator's office in Montgomery in mid-1977. Materials came in numbered envelopes with numbers skipped between envelopes.
