This broadside, signed by the Governor of Alabama at the time, expresses an "increased and strengthened confidence in the fitness of Andrew Jackson for the office of President," urging his re-election. It is also signed in print by the Alabama Speaker of the House of Representatives, James Penn, and the President of the Alabama Senate, Samuel B. Moore.
