Scope and Contents

This collection consists of two letters, one from Timothy Healy to C. L. Blakemore and one to Mr. Healy from J. B. Bristol, and one circular from the Nogales Chamber of Commerce in Arizona. The papers discuss the economic conditions in Mexico one year after the end of the Mexican Revolution, encouraging investors to establish businesses that would function in both the United States and Mexico.
