Overview This collection consists of twenty-four photographs of two homecoming parades at the University of Alabama.

Abstract Thirty black and white photographs depicting George Wallace at the University of Alabama 1973 19 November during the homecoming activities. It was the Alabama versus Georgia homecoming football game, and Terry Points was the first African American awarded homecoming queen.

Abstract Sixteen black and white photographs of University of Alabama scenes, including students, football parade, ROTC functions and Governor Bibb Graves. Photographs were probably taken by Ira Stark, a University of Alabama student and graduate of 1940.

Scope and Contents Collection consists of one photographic album with sixty-two photographs of James Harry Cowan, a University of Alabama student from 1915 - 1918. Scenes include University athletes and sporting events, pre-game activities in front of Woods Hall, in Birmingham and Rickwood Park. Also contains newspaper clippings and memorabilia.
